Terms of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General Terms and Conditions of Sale" or, alternatively, "GTC") govern the offer and sale of Products distributed through the website rilevo.com ("Site") by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. ("KE INTEGRATORE") Via Francesco Londonio 23, 20154 Milan (MI) VAT/Tax Code 103888200965 and the terms of use of the Site. The Site is owned by Cosval SPA VAT/Tax Code 103888200965 and based in Via Londonio, 23-20154 Milan (MI)
2. Scope of application of the GTC
2.1 The offer and sale of Products on the Site constitute a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulations on e-commerce.
2.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts concluded with KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. on the Site.
2.3 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. Any modifications and/or new conditions will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Site in the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section. Users are therefore invited to regularly access the Site and consult the most updated version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before making any purchase.
2.4 The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the purchase order is sent and are available in Italian.
2.5 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the sale of products by parties other than KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. that are present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before carrying out commercial transactions with such parties, it is necessary to check their terms of sale.
2.6 The user is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. makes available to them in the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section of the Site and which they are allowed to store and reproduce, as well as all other information that KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. provides to them on the Site, both before and during the purchase procedure.

Purchases on the Site
3.1 The purchase of Products on the Site takes place both as a Guest Customer, where it is not necessary to register on the site, and through registration pursuant to clause 4 below, and is allowed to both users who qualify as consumers and users who do not qualify as such. For natural persons, purchases are only permitted if they are over eighteen years of age.
3.2 Pursuant to art. 3, paragraph I, letter a) of the Consumer Code, it is recalled that natural persons who, in relation to the purchase of the Products, act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, qualify as consumers.
3.3 KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders originating from (i) a user with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute; (ii) a user who has previously violated these GTC and/or the terms and conditions of the purchase contract with KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L.; (iii) a user who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, in fraud relating to credit card payments; (iv) users who have provided false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate identification data or who have not promptly sent to KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. the documents requested by it or who have sent invalid documents.

Site Registration
4.1 Registration on the Site is free. To register on the Site, the user must fill in the appropriate form, entering their name, surname, address, place and date of birth, telephone number, an e-mail address and a password, and click on the [Submit] button.
Registration on the Site, through the opening of a personal account, allows the registered user ("Registered User") to:
- save and modify their data;
- possibility to enter different shipping addresses for the goods;
- access all information relating to orders and returns;
- manage their personal data, update it at any time or request modification or cancellation;
- take advantage of dedicated services that may be activated from time to time (e.g. viewing their "wish list", etc.);
- view any notices;
- express consent to the processing of their personal data for sending newsletters by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L.
4.2 Registration credentials (e-mail address and password) must be kept with extreme care and attention. They can only be used by the user and cannot be transferred to third parties. The user undertakes to keep them secret and to ensure that no third party has access to them. They also undertake to immediately inform BAER, by contacting them by email at segreteria@rilevo.com or by telephone at (+39) 02 9358 0479, in the event that they suspect or become aware of improper use or undue disclosure of the same.
4.3 The Registered User guarantees that the personal information provided during the registration process on the Site is complete and truthful and undertakes to indemnify and hold KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. harmless from any damage, compensation obligation and/or penalty deriving from and/or in any way connected to the user's violation of the rules on registration on the Site or on the storage of registration credentials.

Cancel or modify an order
To modify or cancel an order, it is necessary to contact KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. promptly and in any case no later than 12 hours from sending the order, by email at segreteria@rilevo.com, ALWAYS indicating the reference order number.

Order and shipping status information
Upon shipment, the user will receive the shipping number at the email address indicated during the order process, through which they can track their purchases on the courier's website or via the courier's call center.

Request copies of documents and personal data changes
To request copies of tax documents and/or personal data changes, the User must contact KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. by email at segreteria@rilevo.com, remembering to ALWAYS indicate the type and number of the document for which a copy and/or correction is requested.

Product Warranty
8.1 All products sold by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. on its e-commerce website rilevo.com are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 Consumer Code.

Information on invoices, bank transfers and chargebacks
To contact the administrative service, the Customer must send an email to segreteria@rilevo.com, remembering to ALWAYS indicate the order number or the document/invoice number for which information is requested.

Payment methods
Purchases made on rilevo.com are safe and guaranteed, and payment can be made using one of the following methods:
- Payment by advance bank transfer
- Payment by Credit Card via Stripe circuit
- Payment with Paypal system
10.1 Payment by advance bank transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order will be processed only after confirmation of receipt of the full amount.
Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. For correct and fast order management, the Customer must indicate the order number, date, name and surname of the Customer in the payment description.
After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The availability of the chosen product will be evaluated at the time of accreditation.

10.2 Payment by Credit Card via Stripe circuit
Credit card payments are managed through Stripe.
If the user chooses to pay by credit card, the relevant banking institution will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation, KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount.
The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been cancelled, KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system.
KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. reserves the right to request additional information from the user or the sending of copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In case of refusal, KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the credit card purchase procedure is KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. able to know personal information relating to the cardholder, as the information is transmitted directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction, a protected site.
10.3 Payment with PayPal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, the user will be redirected to a PayPal website page and payment will be made according to the methods indicated therein.
The information provided on the PayPal site will not be shared with KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. but will be managed directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L., the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account. KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. will not be responsible in any way for delays and/or damages caused during this phase.

Shipping and Costs
The shipping cost is borne by the user and will be calculated automatically by the system. Any duties or customs charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times for goods vary depending on the availability of the purchased product in stock (e.g., if the product is available from the manufacturer) and the delivery methods provided for it.
In any case, the delivery date is merely indicative and is in no way binding for KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L..
KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. uses affiliated couriers/carriers that offer the best quality/price ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer Customers advantageous prices and quality service.
In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment and/or at pre-established times and/or days.
In case of non-delivery of goods due to an incorrect address provided by the user or due to completed storage in the courier/carrier's warehouses and/or in any case for any cause attributable to the user's behavior, a new shipment will be possible ONLY upon advance payment of the same according to the methods indicated by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L..

Delivery of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the user is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, including the sealing tapes.
In case of tampering and/or breakages, the user must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery using the document received from the courier or other operator and affixing the words "RESERVE FOR GOODS INSPECTION FOR ....." (indicate the reason).
The user must then report any damage within 3 days of receiving the goods according to the procedures provided by the operator who carried out the shipment.

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by current legislation pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The user who qualifies as a Consumer as per point 3.2 has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason and without any penalty within 14 working days and without having to bear costs other than those provided for in article 56, paragraph 2, and article 57 of the aforementioned decree.

Please note: The right of withdrawal as per articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code is EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED for Consumers as defined by the Consumer Code in article 3 as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out (2).
Therefore, those who purchase with a VAT number and thus in the capacity of a company and/or professional cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Procedure
The right of withdrawal must be exercised as follows:
- The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original, still sealed packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, sticks, etc.).
- To exercise this right, the user must send KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. a communication via email to segreteria@rilevo.com within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
- Once the above communication has been made, and receipt acknowledged by KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L., the user must send the Product, at their own expense – after proper and suitable packaging in its original packaging – by express courier, together with a copy of the receipt, to the following address: KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. Via Francesco Londonio 23, 20154 Milan (MI).
Shipment until receipt at our warehouse is under the user's full responsibility.
BAER is not responsible in any way for damage and/or theft/loss of products returned with uninsured shipments.

Returns and Refunds
The goods must be returned to KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. within the terms specified in point 14 together with the received authorization form.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, BAER will refund the user the full amount within 14 days of the return of the goods by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.
In the latter case, the user will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details to which the refund should be sent (customer's IBAN code).

Forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal
The User forfeits the right of withdrawal and the consequent right to a refund if KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. ascertains the existence of even one of the following conditions:
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
- Absence of the outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
- Absence of product components;
- Damage to the product due to causes other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. will return the goods to the user, charging the shipping costs.

Applicable Law
18.1 The purchase contract concluded on the Website is governed by Italian law.
18.2 The application of any more favorable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law of the country in which consumer users who do not have their habitual residence in Italy have their habitual residence is reserved, particularly concerning the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the deadline for returning the Products, in case of exercising this right, the methods and formalities of the communication thereof, and the legal guarantee of conformity.
18.3 Please note that in the case of a consumer user, for any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the court of the place where the user resides or has elected domicile is competent. In the case of a non-consumer user, for any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.
18.4 Users residing in a European Union member state other than Italy may also access, for any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the European procedure established for small claims, by Council Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed, excluding interest, fees and expenses, Euro 2,000.00. Notice to Consumers - ODR Online Dispute Resolution
In compliance with Article 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013/EU, the consumer User is informed that, alternatively to judicial dispute, both the consumer and KE INTEGRATORE S.R.L. may avail themselves of the alternative online dispute resolution by submitting a complaint through the platform established by the European Commission. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve out-of-court any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online.
